"All I did after quitting my job was to audition. I also had the responsibilities of my wife and our child. My savings started depleting, and I began asking friends for loans. I don’t think there was a single friend whom I had not approached for money," Sharib shared, revealing the financial strain that burdened him during those trying times.

Amidst the trials and the uncertainty, Sharib's wife emerged as his pillar of strength. She stood by his side through thick and thin. To support the family during their darkest days, she sold her jewelry. Sharib even sold their house to make their ends meet.

As the struggle persisted for three long years, Sharib made a pivotal decision to take a job once again. He joined Sony TV as an in-house writer, scripting for anchors on their shows. However, fate had different plans for him. It was through a short film titled "Mehrooni" that Sharib's talent was recognized, ultimately leading him to his debut in "Jab Tak Hai Jaan."
