Recently, the trailer of Vishal Bhardwaj’s next movie, Khufiya has been released. The word Khufiya means ‘secret’ in English. The film is a neo-noir spy thriller whose release date has not been announced. The celebrated filmmaker is well known for creating distinctive cinema and to date, almost all of his films have been able to entice the audience. This upcoming movie is based on Amar Bhusan’s novel, ‘Escape to Nowhere.’
Tabu is supposed to be acting as an Indian spy in the film. The National Film Awards-winning actress has worked with Vishal Bhardwaj before and the duo has gifted magical movies such as Maqbool and Haider to the audience.
The film also has Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Ashish Vidyarthi.
Tabu’s recent movie, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022) was a massive hit at the box office. She played two roles in the film that were hugely appreciated by the audience. For a 51-year-old actress, it is impressive how she keeps appearing in distinctive roles and startles her fans in each movie.
Some of Tabu’s other upcoming movies are The Crew, Bholla, Kuttey, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha!, etc.
