Johnny Lever and Saurabh Shukla parody on Shah Rukh-Salman's Pathaan scene, take a dig at Kapil Sharma

Bringing back the comedy veterans Johnny Lever and Saurabh Shukla have come back together to leave the audience in splits. The duo can be seen in their upcoming comedy show Pop Kaun, which is released by Disney Plus Hotstar.

Disney Plus Hotstar released a promo teaser in which both Saurabh and Johnny parodying Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. They can be seen wearing pathani suits in a clear reference to the post-credit scene from Pathaan. In the post credits scene, Shah Rukh and Salman are discussing which of the younger spies could take over from them and rejecting everyone. The veteran comedians have recreated the scene with hilarious effect in the promo teaser.

Pop Kaun is created by Farhad Samji, who has directed films such as Housefull 4, and Salman Khan's upcoming action movie Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.

The duo even spoofed comedian Kapil Sharma without explicitly naming him, describing him as the one who calls all celebrities on his TV show. They end the scene with Johnny speaking in Hindi that they can't leave the ‘job’ of comedy to the ‘kids’. Hopefully, this means that Saurabh and Johnny will continue their comedy for the foreseeable future.

Well, the comedic duo has entertained many generations and we hope they continue their job of making people laugh. Jay-Ho! The Jay Kumar Show wishes the show the very best and stay tuned to Jay-Ho.com for more updates from the entertainment world.
